The mortgage funding shortfall during the summer of 1995 (that is, we had lent out more money in mortgages than we actually had in our funds) has been rectified. The present fund balances are:
Annuities - $ 919,000
Deposit funds - 17,029,000
RRSP's - 12,872,000
Endowments 3,649,000
TOTAL 34,469,000
Loans have been made to 66 churches and 95 pastors/employees totalling $32,435,000. All are current. We presently have funds available to lend to churches and pastors.
