Manitoba to study schools

WINNIEPG, MAN.

At the request of Concord College and Winkler Bible Institute, the Committee of Reference and Counsel of the Mennonite Brethren Church of Manitoba met with representatives of both schools on Sept. 13.

CRC is in the process of appointing a committee to study the needs, focus and delivery vehicle(s) of postsecondary Christian education in Manitoba. This committee will also examine how the Manitoba program(s) might/should integrate into the other Canadian programs, and will determine a sustainable level of funding. It is anticipated that a recommendation will be ready for presentation by February, 1997.
