What the Bible says about the unchanging God

Don't you know? Haven't you heard? The LORD is the eternal God, Creator of the earth. He never gets weary or tired; His wisdom cannot be measured. (Isaiah 40:28)

God is no mere human! He doesn't tell lies or change His mind. God always keeps His promises. (Numbers 23:19)

Every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father who created all the lights in the heavens. He is always the same and never makes dark shadows by changing. (James 1:17)

Jesus Christ never changes! He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Hebrews 13:8)

The Bible says that the unchanging God can change us.

God planned for us to do good things and to live as He has always wanted us to live. That's why He sent Christ. (Ephesians 2:10)

The LORD said . . . "I will sprinkle you with clean water, and you will be clean. . . . I will take away your stubborn heart and give you a new heart. . . . You will have only pure thoughts, because I will put My Spirit in you." (Ezekiel 36:16,25-28)

God's Spirit makes us loving, happy, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle, and self-controlled. (Galatians 5:22)
