Ideabank is aimed at leaders! So what is effective leadership? According to Marshall Loeb, Fortunes editor at large, its the following:

- Leading isnt managing: Managers manage things; leaders lead people.

- Leaders have a sense of purpose: They focus on achieving goals.

- Leaders have courage: Their decisions arent always popular.

- Leaders are forceful: They clearly express their viewpoint.

- Leaders are consistent: It inspires trust and confidence.

- Leaders are truthful: They tell the truth even when it hurts.

- Leaders dont try to do it all: They concentrate on a few big themes.

- Leaders accept others ideas: Ideas dont have to be original with them.

- Leaders are made, not born: Leadership stems from experience.

- Leaders are surrounded by achievers: They are energized by quality people.
| Great checklist or what!? It inspired me, so I pass the list on to you. Lead on!
